Dr. Sarah Wallace
Dr. Sarah Wallace obtained her veterinary degree in 2016 from Murdoch University in Australia. After graduation, she completed a 1 year rotating internship prior to working in busy general practice, followed by post-graduate training in small animal internal medicine. During a residency program in Melbourne, Dr. Wallace became proficient in many skills including abdominal ultrasonography, endoscopy, bone marrow aspiration, and CSF sampling, to name a few.
Dr. Wallace also holds a Masters degree in Psychology, as well as an Advanced Certification in Animal Behavior and Conservation from Hunter College, in New York, where she is originally from. Dr. Wallace enjoys having the opportunity to provide higher level diagnostic testing in the ER setting, providing a broader scope of care to our emergency patients.
In her free time, Dr. Wallace enjoys vintage furniture upcycling, cycling through Portland, wineries, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
